My Biomarkers
I have kept a detailed record of my doctor visits and biomarkers and I am also a fan of what Bryan Johnson is doing. I decided to publish here my main biomarkers plus a few other scores.
I am tracking my sleep, bpm and HRV using Garmin Forerunner 255.

This is a process
I will keep updating these scores. My next on the list is to get a TruAge Test and soon publish my Continuos Glucose Monitor (I am using Freestyle Libre 3) scores. Of course, fixing the NOT OPTIMAL biomarkers is also up there on the TO-DO list.
